  NEC plugin returns 500 when put None for a port whose binding:portinfo

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  NEC plugin returns 500 when put binding:profile None to a port whose
  binding:profile is already None.

  POST/PUT binding:profile in NEC plugin is used only for a port
  connected to baremetal node or hardware appliances, so the importance
  is low.
