  Nicira plugin: nvp.ini option default_iface_name doesn't match code

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The option default_iface_name inside nvp.ini doesn't match the code,
  as that option doesn't exist in the code.  Instead it should be
  default_interface_name.
