Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  
  according to RFC3442, dhcp agent set  option 121 for linux/win 7/win 2008/win 2012.

  it does not work on windows XP/windows 2003 which only work with 249
  Classless Static Routes DHCP scope option.
