  Nicira plugin has wrong alias for external gateway modes extension

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  the alias is specified in the plugin as 'ext_gw_mode', whereas it
  actually is 'ext-gw-mode'.

  Due to the nature of the extension, the code still works, but validation is not performed as expected.
  Malformed input for enable_snat (for instance 'xxx') will raise a 500 instead of a 400.

  Note that passing "false" or "true" the resulting error will be a 500 even when the extension is correctly enabled.
  This is because of a possible independent issue with the dict validator.
