Metadata is set using the body in v2 not headers
The metadata set in v1 api, is available via v2 apis get

  Invalid

Bug description:
  The docs for the OpenStack Image API v2 don't reference metadata set
  via headers.  I have a few questions (which should help clarify where
  the "bug" lies)...

  * I believe these to be the best API docs for Glance - is that right?

  * Is metadata supported in V2?

  * What happens to metadata set via the V1 API when querying via V2?
