  nova shows the deleted flavor by default

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  New

Bug description:
  I found this in Grizzly.  that the nova show didn't filter out the deleted flavor.  so if you created a new 
  flavor that has the same id with one deleted flavor, the nova show will disable the wrong flavor for you.
