  within bootstack, glance seems to die after 24 hours

Status in tripleo - openstack on openstack:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  we've an instance up for 3 days now and glance-reg/glance-api have had
  to be restarted twice, at 24 hour intervals, to unwedge nova etc.
  'glance image-list' returns a 401 when the problem is displaying
  itself. This may be a config issue, or a glance issue.

  I'm adding a task on glance so glance devs can ask for whatever info
  will help with identifying the cause.
