Title:
  Tests should call get_api instead of importing the module directly

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The test_registry , test_simple and test_sqlalchemy tests import the modules directly instead of calling get_api of db/__init__.py
  With the introduction of db_pool, they should use the get_api method.
  Also, test_db_api.py, does not set the use_tpool option back to False, which results in failures of tests.
