  Duplicate options registered in glance/registry/client/v1/api.py

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The same set of options are registered in
  glance/registry/client/v2/api.py

  The module glance/registry/client/v1/api.py should use import_opt to
  import options from glance/registry/client/v2/api.py
