  Instances table makes N image_get requests

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  https://review.openstack.org/#/c/35620 added an image name column to
  the instances table.

  The review looks harmless, but the image_name attribute of a server
  object is actually a property that makes an image_get request to
  glance every time it's accessed. In the case of the instances table
  this means it makes a request for each instance in the table.
