Title:
  VPNaaS: Needs improvements on detail pages

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  It is better to refine the following points in VPNaaS detail page
  templates:

  * Change "Tenant ID" to "Project ID". In Horizon "project" is recommended.
  * Move "Name" and "Description" to the top of the detail pages. UUID at the top is not easy to see.
  * Show "None" if "name" or "description" is empty. Currently no value is displayed if empty.
  * Remove colons from item names in the detail pages. In other detail page such instance or network, items names contains colons at the end of line.
  * Remove "VPN type" from VPN service detail. VPN type was removed from Neutron API spec.
  * Arrange the order of items with the same as the creation form. It brings better usability to keep the order consistent.
  * Print peer_cidrs using for loop. peer_cidrs is a list of CIDR and at now it is printed as unicode strings.
