Title:
  VPNaaS: relate IPsec Site Connection is not displayed in VPN service
  detail

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  "VPN connections" is not displayed even when IPsec connection
  assoicated with the VPN service exists.

  IPsec site connection belongs to VPN service. We need to have better
  navigation. At least we need hyperlink from VPN service to IPsec site
  connection.
