  database launch help seems incorrect

Bug description:
  openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/databases/templates/databases/_launch_details_help.html

  The help message says:
  <strong>Please note:</strong> The value specified in the Volume Size field should be greater than 0, however, some configurations do not support specifying volume size. If specifying the volume results in an error stating volume support is not enabled, enter 0.

  I think the last sentence should be:

     If specifying the volume size results in an error stating volume
  size support is not enabled, enter 0.

  substituting "volume" with "volume size".

  Note that I haven't run Trove.
