  I18n: two strings in the page of "Manage Volume Attachments" are not
  internationalized

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I selected Project->Volumes, the page of "Volumes" will be shown. Then
  I clicked "Edit Attachments", the dialog of  "Manage Volume
  Attachments" will be promoted. In this dialog, the words "Attachments"
  and "Device" are not internationalized, still shown in English.
