  Strings in FWaaS needs to be cleaned up

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I found the following two items:

  - In FWaaS Rule Detail page, all of the item names except "Destination Port" have no colon at EOL.
     A colon in "Destination Port: " should be removed for consistency.

  - Firewall "Add Policy" workflow has the help text: "Create a firewall policy with an ordered listof firewall rules."
    "listof" should be "list of".
