  I18n: Untranslated message "Settings saved" is showed

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When changing the language setting successfully, a message report:
  "Success: Settings saved."  But only "Success" is translated, "Setting
  saved" is still in English.
