  xenapi: failed rescue setup destroys root disk

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When entering rescue mode, the root disk of the VM is attached to the
  rescue disk.  If the setup of rescue during spawn() fails after the
  attach, the undo process will destroy the original VM's root disk.
