  Delete router interface fails in N1kv plugin

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The Cisco N1kv plugin fails with internal error when router interface
  deletion is requested.

  This is due to a missing kw parameter in the plugin's delete_port(...)
  function.
