  wrong port-binding info after live-migration

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When live migrating a VM, nova-compute send the new port-binding info
  to neutron. But the host sent in the port-binding info is the previous
  host, not the host on which the VM is migrated.

  I've attached a patch to resolv this, but I will ask for review as
  soon as I will hae time to investigate deeper.
