  Migration 4a666eb208c2 should apply to both Nicira plugins

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This migration adds an attribute to the 'nsxrouterattributes' model, which is used by both the Nicira 'base' plugin and the advanced one.
  However, since the migration currently applies only to the advanced plugin, when the extend_dict function generates a query joining the model for nsxrouterattributes it adds also the service_router field in the select statement, causing an error.

  Adding the field for the NvpPlugin 'base', even if unused, won't make
  any harm and will solve this issue.
