  openvswith-nova init.d script turn off all networks except management

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hi!

  In that bug I comment the process exec by that init.d script =>
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1218528

  An other problem is: when the process create flows only create
  physical nic flows and management network flows but if XenServer have
  other networks (storage, monitoring, etc...)?. The traffic of that
  networks are drop.

  In my case I have:

  xapi1 (bond eth0 and eth1)
  xapi2 (storage vlan)
  xapi3 (monitoring vlan)
