Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  We should use %(edge_id)s instead of %{edge_id)s in file  in
  neutron/plugins/nicira/vshield/edge_appliance_driver.py for milestone-
  proposed branch

  Current code:

                  msg = _("VCNS: Failed to delete %{edge_id)s:\n"
                          "%(response)s") % {
                              'edge_id': edge_id, 'response': e.response}
                  LOG.exception(msg)


  We will see the follow exception because of " %{edge_id)s"
  :
  ValueError: unsupported format character '{' (0x7b) at index 24
