  Endpoint creation accepts "name" attribute, but does not store it

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The function signature for endpoints has an optional "name" attribute:

      client.endpoints.create(self, service, url, name=None,
  interface=None, region=None, enabled=True)

  This attribute, however, does not appear to be stored anywhere (not
  even in the extra field).
