  xenapi: race condition in get_all_vdis_in_sr

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The code in get_all_vdis_in_sr, does not deal with the set of VDIs
  changing underneath the call.

  if a VDI gets deleted, it could lead to a "HANDLE_INVALID VDI" error,
  or similar.
