  Neutron network delete fails with brocade plugin

Bug description:
  Neutron network delete fails

  Following Issues are observed when Brocade neutron plugin is used with
  VDX  switchws

  1.Neutron network delete fails.
         Steps:
                    a)Ensure VDX switch is used as L2 switch.
                    b)Create neutron network using cli or dash board.
                    c)delete the network , this operation fails.

  2. VM deletion fails to remove port-profile mac associations on vdx switches.
                   a)Ensure VDX switch is used as L2 switch.
                   b)Create neutron network using cli or dash board.
                   c)create vm using cli or dashboard 
                    d)delete the VM, observed that    MAC association's remained on VDX switches
