  Supplying a port-id and min-servers results in servers without ports

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If you attempt to create multiple servers in a single request, and at
  the same time specify an port-id in the requested networks, only the
  first instance to be created will get a port.

  There is no way in the API to supply a list of ports, so the API
  should reject the request in this case
