  Prepare fails with git message about None

Status in ANVIL for forging OpenStack.:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  On trunk, smithy -a prepare will fail with the following error
  message:

  INFO: @anvil.downloader : Existing git directory located at /root/openstack/keystone/app, leaving it alone.
  INFO: @anvil.downloader : Adjusting to tag None.
  ProcessExecutionError: Unexpected error while running command.
  Command: git checkout None '-b' 'None-anvil'
  Exit code: 128
  Stdout: ''
  Stderr: "fatal: git checkout: updating paths is incompatible with switching branches.\nDid you intend to checkout 'None' which can not be resolved as commit?\n"

  This is because the the default for master does not have a tag for it,
  yet it is trying to set the tag to none.
