Folsom doesn't support this operation, as it was introduced in grizzly.

The call is basically:

  PUT /v3/projects/{project_id}/groups/{group_id}/roles/{role_id}

  Is there a way to make entire group as admin?

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Consider an use case, i have a group called "group1" in keystone and
  there are 1000 users and having a requirement to make every member as
  "admin" then should i go and map the admin role to every member in the
  group.

  Is there a way to make entire group as admin?
