After discussing with salv-orlando.
The idea to push vendor specific "stack trace" information on the status-description filed is not recommended as teh tenant will mostly be incapable to do anything "intelligent" with this info.
The Operator on the other hand, is already expected to use the log files to pin-point the error.

The original intention that drove this bug was to provide error sub-
states (ex: communication-error, unsupported-feature, etc.). To
implement this a more generic discussion should take place whether
showing error sub-states is required and how to handle this in a vendor
neutral way.

As of know, we will not pursue to this bug further.
