Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Currently _build_nw_info_model always authenticated with Neutron using
  the configured Neutron admin credentials, but often it is called in
  the context of the user that owns the Instance (for example at the end
  of allocate_for_instance()) and so this additional authentication is
  unnecessary.
