Looking at

14:17:38.668 (should be one every second). Looks like stuck in
call_until_true loop. then it wakes up after 5 mins after the sleep and
decides to get out of the loop w/o checking one last time if the
condition is true. curiously server becomes "ACTIVE" at
"2013-12-03T14:22:07Z"
