  Use compat trove version to fix incompatibility issue with trove

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  trove-int in horizon is failing due to pip version dependency errors in global-requirement.
  To get around this, we need to make horizon gate not fail by importing the compat version of the client.
