  "Additional information here..." hint text confusing

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In the forms to update or create Images, the description field
  contains "Additional information here..." which isn't particular clear
  (it sounds like you should click there to see more information) and is
  causing inaccurate translations.

  t might be better to change it to something like "Enter additional
  information here...", "Enter description...", something starting with
  the word "Enter" to clarify the call for action.
