  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When creating an ephemeral disk, the partition does not quite fill the
  full disk.

  For example:

  Model: Xen Virtual Block Device (xvd)
  Disk /dev/xvdf: 300GiB
  Sector size (logical/physical): 512B/512B
  Partition Table: msdos
  Disk Flags:

  Number  Start    End     Size    Type     File system  Flags
   1      0.00GiB  286GiB  286GiB  primary
