  xenapi: Agent update broken with windows

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The xenapi agent code in nova currently sends a JSON dictionary
  encoded message containing a URL and MD5 checksum to trigger a guest
  agent update.

  However, the common windows guest agent at
  https://github.com/rackerlabs/openstack-guest-agents-windows-xenserver
  is actually looking for a command delimited message:

  url,md5sum

  As a result, Windows agent updates do not currently work.
