  Excessive ovs l2 agent debug logging complicates troubleshooting

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The ovs l2 agent debug logs on every poll of ovs (every 2s by
  default).  The resultant log volume is excessive and makes it
  difficult to spot problems.

  Turning on polling minimization will allow the same level of log
  detail but ensure that logging only occurs when action is required.
