  test_nvp_sync.SyncLoopingCallTestCase unreliable

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The unit test in this class currently has an assertion which is time-sensible.
  Due to unit tests parallelism, it might not be possible to execute the expected number of looping calls in the time the test runs.
  In order for the test to be declared successfull, it is enough to verify that the looping call is called once.
