  Fix Released

Bug description:
  It is said in documentation for DataTable Options (http://docs.openstack.org/developer/horizon/ref/tables.html#datatable-options) about 'template' Meta parameter:
  String containing the template which should be used to render the table. Defaults to "horizon/common/_data_table.html".

  Actually, "horizon/common/_data_table.html" is the only possible value
  for it, the 'template' parameter provided in Meta inner class of a
  DataTable subclass is simply discarded. Thus one cannot extend
  template for rendering DataTable subclasses.
