Title:
  Sort instance uptime sorts alphabetically

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In the instance list view, e.g. "2 days, 1 hour" comes after "1 month,
  2 weeks".  I'm pretty sure it's sorting alphabetically.

  Maybe display filters need to be moved client-side?
