  glance-manage should work like nova-manage, support db sync

Bug description:
  nova-manage uses the syntax "nova-manage db sync". Arguably glance-
  manage should support the same. For whatever reason glance-manage uses
  "db_sync" instead. Probably too late to deprecate db_sync, but adding
  "db sync" and all other db calls would be useful for us people
  scripting things. this essentially would mean all db operations,
  (sync, upgrade, downgrade etc) would become subcommands of db as in
  nova.
