  Don't duplicate ordereddict in glance

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In order to release Havana without modifying global requirements, it
  was necessary to manually copy the MIT licensed code for python
  ordereddicts into glance.

  Let's remove that duplication in favor of using python-ordereddict as
  a dependency on affected systems (python 2.6).
