  VMWARE: Boot action should re-upload image to datastore if contents of
  the image are changed in glance

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  1. Boot an instance using existing image
  2. Upload a new version of image to the glance (glance image-update --file)
  3. Boot another instance using updated image 

  Expected result
  Should re-upload the image to cache 

  Actual result
  Does not re-upload the image
