Title:
  Applying release number while building openstack rpms

Status in ANVIL for forging OpenStack.:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In stable/folsom under conf/components/nova.yaml ,
  I could specify

  release: "1-1"

  And while building rpms that version would be picked up and build nova-2013.1.1-1 rpm instead of nova-2013.1
  In stable-grizzly, I specify the release variable in components/*.yaml, but it is not picked up.

  Is there a way to add release number while building rpms?
