  Translation update for 2013.2.1 release

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon) havana series:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I18N team is improving translations and catching up with the upstream
  changes. We need to import the latest translations before releasing
  2013.2.1 update.

  As we discussed in stable-maintenance list, the patch is handled as
  FFE. I will proposes a patch to import translations on Sunday (Dec 8th
  UTC).
