If so, I don't think it's a Glance bug, since there is nothing wrong
with Glance. Maybe you should route it to doc team or Keystone team.

Bug description:
  In docs.openstack.org/havana/install-guide/install/apt/openstack-install-guide-apt-havana.pdf I see
  command
  # keystone endpoint-create \
  --service-id=the_service_id_above \
  --publicurl=http://controller:9292 \
  --internalurl=http://controller:9292 \
  --adminurl=http://controller:9292

  I tried to use it but received error 404. After adding trailing slash
  to glance URL I got it working
