I've abandoned the patch of this bug and mark it like incomplete because
nowadays it's not a reproducible bug. See reason in comment 3.

  Display bug when RAM quota is set to infinite

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The legend for the RAM limit chart on the overview doesn't handle
  infinite quotas properly, see attached screenshot ("Used 0 of inf.0
  PB"). The filter probably needs to be special-cased to handle
  float("inf") more gracefully.
