  Rabbit notifier is broken

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When notifier_strategy = rabbit the following happens:

  2013-06-23 15:15:51.576 754 CRITICAL glance [-] 'RabbitStrategy'
  object has no attribute 'connection_errors'

  And glance-api does not start.
