Bug description:
  Hello,

  I couldn't reopen this bug
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1247752 . And decided to
  create new one.

  I use latest havana release(stable/havana branch) code, but also
  plunged into "Marker could not be found" error in horizon logs.
