  flake8 test fail in Horizon

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I execute ./run_test.sh appears several errors when flake8 test
  are passed:

  ./openstack_dashboard/test/api_tests/vpnaas_tests.py:234:17: E126 continuation line over-indented for hanging indent
  ./openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/loadbalancers/tests.py:421:17: E126 continuation line over-indented for hanging indent
  ./openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/vpn/tests.py:292:17: E126 continuation line over-indented for hanging indent
  ./openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/vpn/tests.py:359:17: E126 continuation line over-indented for hanging indent
  ./openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/vpn/tests.py:423:17: E126 continuation line over-indented for hanging indent
  ./openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/vpn/tests.py:533:17: E126 continuation line over-indented for hanging indent
  Tests failed.

  I did it in devstat fresh install.
