  nvp: update network gateway name on backend as well

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  when a network gateway name is updated the plugin currently only the
  neutron database is updated; it might be useful to propagate the
  update to the backend.

  This breaks a use case when network gateways created in neutron need
  then to be processed by other tools finding them in nvp by name.
